19+ Programme Life Skills programme aimed at supported people with learning difficulties over the age of 19 years. The course is split into 6 learning areas, Seasonal Cookery, Creative Arts, Citizenship, Community, Information Communication Technology & Nature studies. The course runs for a year and learners/social care team interested in the programme should contact the course coordinator Stef Mathews at the Eco Centre for more information. 
Volunteering Fancy volunteering at the Eco Centre; we have many different types of opportunities available. Volunteering placements run for 12 weeks and can be any thing from a couple of hours to a full day. If you think you could share some of your time to help out and support the staff then please contact Jayne Farrell at the Eco Centre to discuss your options. 14- 19 Work Experience Placements The Centre can offer students between the ages of 14-19 work experience placement. These placements can be arranged to suit the individuals involved; we aim to help and support people in the community were possible. Drop us a line. |
