19+ Programme

Life Skills programme aimed at supported people with learning difficulties over the age of 19 years. The course is split into 6 learning areas, Seasonal Cookery, Creative Arts, Citizenship, Community, Information Communication Technology & Nature studies. The course runs for a year and learners/social care team interested in the programme should contact the course coordinator Stef Mathews at the Eco Centre for more information.

Volunteering

Fancy volunteering at the Eco Centre; we have many different types of opportunities available. Volunteering placements run for 12 weeks and can be any thing from a couple of hours to a full day.

14- 19 Work Experience Placements

The Centre can offer students between the ages of 14-19 work experience placement. These placements can be arranged to suit the individuals involved; we aim to help and support people in the community were possible.
